My mother is a known case of , DM, HTN, RA and early osteoarthritis of knee joints who was having severe knee pain of more than a month duration. She had tried different symptomatic treatments along with adequate rest but the symptoms didn't not decrease after a certain level. I had been experiencing pain for more than 1.5 years. Initially, I tried Ayurvedic treatment but didn’t see much improvement. Later, I consulted Dr. Senthil Prakash sir, who prescribed medicines that provided noticeable relief. However, I still had some discomfort, so I underwent an MRI scan, which revealed an L4-L5 disc bulge. Dr. Senthil Prakash sir suggested a PRP + Ozone therapy procedure, which I underwent on May 21st. We visited the Resilio The pain clinic last Monday for my wife. My wife had severe back pain for long time. Dr. Senthil paraksh sir ask us to explain your back pain how its comes, how long you have this pain, etc. Like. Dr sir listen our words politely and examine and find out the root cause of pain. Sir told us, it's a minor issue don't want to worry and it can it relief within 6 weeks time. Actually we consultant many doctors for this back pain for the past 2 years and done many tests. I went through the procedure called, PRP, over a period of 8 weeks , in both my lower limbs, requiring TWO injection in each leg. The entire process was smooth, without ANY PAIN. My wife was suffering from acute pain in the left leg, unable to stand even for 10 minutes. She’s 76 years. We wanted to avoid surgery. An orthopaedic surgeon suggested to go for PRP (platelets Rich Plasma) injection. We googled for a pain clinic in Coimbatore . There are so many. I am a senior citizen 73 yrs old and was scanned for cartilage thickness in a free camp organized at ananya nananani homes ph3. The camp was conducted by Dr.sendil prakash Mohan on 29/4/2023. The cartilage thickness was found to be 1.5 mm as against 4mm indicating osteo arthritis stage 3. The thickness was measured by an ultrasound probe. On doctor's advice an x-ray was taken which confirmed the earlier findings. Earlier I was experiencing moderate knee pain. I underwent PRP treatment on the right knee at Dr. Sendil prakash Mohan's Resilio pain clinic at Cowley brown road,RS puram Coimbatore on 21st June 2023. The treatment process lasted only for half an hour and was totally pain free. A review was done by the doctor on 28/7/2023 and the knee was found to be healing well and is an ongoing process for somemore time.I do not have any pain now and feel quite normal and am doing my regular activities other than squatting and sitting on the floor as suggested by doctor.
